We start with a wellness visit– reviewing medical history, goals of care and informed consent for HRT. For most patients, we are able to start HRT without blood work or additional medical records but we appreciate you bringing this information to your visit if you have it. We will monitor HRT through visits and lab work. This lab work tests functions that may be impacted by HRT including hormone levels, metabolic panel, blood counts and other labs as needed.
