COVID-19 Safety Policy

As a health justice organization, we remain committed to protecting each other during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and increasing medical vulnerabilities of marginalized and immunocompromised people.

To keep our event safer:

  • KN95 or N95 masks will be provided and very strongly encouraged for all guests while indoors unless actively eating or drinking. We also understand not everyone can wear a mask for the duration of the event for medical reasons. We will all do our best to keep each other safe.
  • Free KN95 masks will be provided! Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Cloth or surgical masks will not be permitted.
  • The dinner buffet and event programming will take place indoors. There will be outdoor space available for eating and mingling.
  • Please stay home if you are sick or if you’ve recently come into contact with someone who’s sick. If this happens, email us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure you’re on the list to get in free at our next fundraiser.

Dress Code

Come dressed to celebrate! Think semi-formal/cocktail. We invite you to embrace your own style and interpret gala attire in whatever way makes you feel confident and comfortable. Whether that means a classic gown or suit, a cocktail dress, a stylish jumpsuit, festive separates, or something uniquely you, we’re excited to celebrate with you!
