7 reasons why you need to come to Unruly Night

We Need A Break

Do you feel like you’re living in a raging political garbage fire? Are you torn between wanting to scream and wanting to hide under the covers and never watch the news ever again? Come take a break with us. We’ll help you vent all that political rage with snark and humor. You’ll feel better after, we promise!

We Need Each Other

We can’t get through these times alone. We need each other – both because there is strength in numbers and because we need to know we’re not alone. The internet is great, but it’s no substitute for seeing the faces of other humans who know what you’re feeling. Spending an evening laughing, venting, and playing games with all those people will definitely leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.

To meet Feminist Center

Ok if you’re reading our blog you’ve probably already met us, but there’s always more to learn! This is a great opportunity to meet our staff and learn about the many ways you can engage with us.

To Learn Things

We’ve all had teachers who said they would make learning fun and then definitely didn’t, but we promise this will be fun! We are creating games covering a range of social justice issues and their histories. Whether you’re looking for Social Justice 101 or are looking to deepen your knowledge and learn about issues you don’t engage with much, we promise you’ll learn a thing or two!

To Plug In

Times are hard, and we can’t fight these fights alone. Fortunately, we don’t have to. There are tons of organizations who have been out there fighting for social justice for decades. We can help you learn how to fight for a better world and plug into a fabulous feminist community to do it with.
