Overview
The Upper Parking Lot Concierge Security Officer is responsible for engaging with patients, guests, and visitors who come to Feminist Women’s Health Center to utilize the services we provide in a knowledgeable and compassionate manner. The Upper Parking Lot Concierge Security Officer plays a crucial role in setting the tone by ensuring the safety and security of the property and guests. They have knowledge of the clinic services provided, hours of operation, local area hotel and restaurant information, gas stations, and any information to respond to inquiries from the patient/guest. The Upper Parking Lot Concierge Security Officer possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to de-escalate and maintain control in stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
Essential Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the following areas. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain a physical presence at the main clinic entrance.
- Greet every guest to confirm they have a valid appointment.
- Document all pertinent patient information in accordance with HIPPA requirements.
- Adhere to the current established COVID-19 protocol.
- Possess good judgment and observation skills.
- Respond to general inquiries for information or patient status updates.
- Authorize, control, and monitor access at the main clinic entrance to prevent an unauthorized security breach.
- Follow all clinic rules and regulations regarding guest access or denial, HIPPA requirements
- Provide assistance to guests who may need help as needed and appropriate
- Possess a high level of observation to deter vandalism, theft, or other inappropriate behavior
- Secure all clinic doors and exits at the end of shift operations.
- Cross-training with other Security Guard positions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability & willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule, including some nights & weekends.
