We know there is a serious lack of affordable and safe care. Our center is committed to providing a safe space and trans-affirmative environment for individuals interested in holistic wellness services.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Our center is open and offering all our health services including abortion and sexual/GYN wellness services on a regular schedule. We are following the latest guidance from the Center for Disease Control and National Abortion Federation and doing all we can to help keep our patients and staff healthy and safe. Read more about the additional protocols we have implemented to ensure patient safety.
Facilitate positive changes in your gender presentation with testosterone management. We start with a wellness exam or blood panel before starting HT. Current records of wellness exams or blood levels from another provider may be accepted to start Hormone Therapy (HT). We *do not* require therapy letters, however, patients with mental health concerns will need confirmation of current therapy. It is recommended that you have had real-life experience (RLE) living in your chosen gender identity totaling one year or more.
Note: After your results are received, our providers will review your file and may request additional lab work or procedures, confirmation of therapy, or further information before you can safely start HT. Currently, we are only offering hormone therapy to individuals who are assigned female at birth, regardless of gender identity. We understand that trans men are not the only patients who utilize hormone therapy.
Lower exam with pap and HPV testing & pre and post-surgical chest exam. Those who have had a complete hysterectomy or are under 21 may be exempt.
We understand that this may be a stressful experience so we offer private rooms for you and your partner or friend, smaller sized instruments, a relaxant prior to the exam, and anesthesia in some cases.
Recommended annually for all individuals, especially those on hormone therapy.
Lab work to test functions which may be affected by HT to include Lipid Panel, Hepatic Panel, Complete Metabolic Panel, CBC, and Testosterone Level.
Tests ordered by your doctor prior to surgery and a letter from our physician supporting your decision and summarizing your current medical care up to the time of surgery.
Our providers review your request and write letters to support changing your gender on legal documentation and/or government identification.
Lab work to test for various sexually transmitted infections. We provide treatment for all STDs/STIs except HIV.
We currently perform HIV testing through blood draws. Should you need a Rapid HIV test, treatment or further counseling, we will provide necessary referrals.
Tests to help monitor your health status. (We accept outside physician-ordered labs)

Some organizations and resources for the LGBTQIA+ have been affected by the pandemic and some have had to pause operations. Georgia Voice has a resource list of trans organizations and SnapCo is an organization in Atlanta to connect with especially for movement building efforts. For our Trans health programing, community outreach and movement building efforts we will be working in partnership with TMSM Connect, SisterLove, Inc and SPARK Reproductive Justice Now! on an initiative to deepen relationships with Trans and GNC led and serving organizations throughout 2021 and beyond.
Our trained health educators will assist you with setting up an appointment at your convenience and will answer any questions you may have. You can schedule your appointment in Spanish as well. View our pricing page for estimated prices.
